Do I believe that favoritism exists? Ab...Hi Mike... Do I believe that favoritism exists? Absolutely. Did it play a part in the Miss Universe 2012 pageant? It would be hard not to say yes, though one hopes the judges are looking at true beauty and talent rather than her geographic locale... I'm not talking about her ass, but rather where her ass is from.<br />Conversely (and I use that word incorrectly), the soccer match with Korea and Spain... did the host factor play a role? It always does, for some reason - especially in soccer. But... the ref is from a neutral country... or should be. No matter who wins or loses, the ref will get death threats. Point to remember... everyone loves an underdog, and most people hate the Spanish men's soccer team. (I'm kidding! I don't care for them, I prefer England - where I was born). <br />but... I do agree that sometimes votes are 'bought' with a great sob story. Miss Miyagi is gorgeous, though. <br />Get her on your show and ask her if she think she got a pity vote for being from Miyagi-ken.
