No More Copying DVD's? Ha! Good Luck!

The idiots in the government want t stop copying of DVD's.

A*sholes! Just try it.

From Asahi:

A government agency is planning to ban copying of DVD and Blu-ray movies, even if it is done in the home for the purchaser's own use. The production and distribution of programs to decrypt commercially produced discs would also be prohibited under legislation being prepared by the Agency for Cultural Affairs. A bill to revise the existing Copyright Law will likely be submitted in next year's regular Diet session, officials said. However, the revision will not stipulate penalties for the act of copying itself, they said.

I have my DVD cracking software and the means and ways to crack any DVD.... What are you clowns going to do about it?

I’m just one of many bloggers who answer questions online and sometimes for the press. I usually handle questions about Japan, marketing or the economy, so in those areas I’m more likely to make sense and less likely to say something really stupid. If I post something here that you find helpful or interesting, that’s wonderful. This is my personal blog. If you don't like what you have read here then, just like when you go into a restaurant or bar that allows smoking, if you don't like it, there's something at the front that has hinges on it and it is called a "door."
