NHK Confirms that Unmanned Pumps Delivering Water to Reactor #3

Unmanned water pumps pumping seawater to damaged reactor #3 were started up at 1:30 pm by the Tokyo Fire Department. These pumps can pump water unattended for up to 7 hours. 



放水を再開 連続7時間を計画

福島第一原子力発電所の3号機を冷却するため東京消防庁は、午後2時すぎから放水を再開しました。
離れた場所で海水をくみ上げて連続して放水する仕組みで放水車を一時的に無人にして7時間にわたって放水を行う計画です。
