At #4 this week is a hot new "Rock'n'Roll-PunkRock" band from Rosignano Solvay (LI) Italy! Their name is the Beaters! They only been around a very short time but they're getting airplay all over the world!

And now we go to Mexico City for a BRAND NEW punk band. Their name is XENU & THE THETANS. Not much is known about XENU & THE THETANS but their debut will be released on the mighty Slovenly Records very soon. But fret not, you get to check them out here! First!... I checked their social media and Facebook and everywhere. Not much information. Looks like 4 guys and a girl!

Next up is a video by a band named Kate Clover. Now, I don't usually play this sort of live video, but, tomorrow on my KOR Radio show, I will WORLD PREMIERE 3 songs by Kate Clover! Kate's record was produced by Brandon from the Crocodiles and this girl is HOT!... And who else is introducing brand new bands to you like the Mike Rogers Show is, eh? I think Kate Clover might just be the next Tracey Tracey from the Primitives or Deborah Harry!

‘Matsuchiyo – Life of a Geisha‘ World Premiered at the 2018 Raindance Film Festival in London, England. ‘Matsuchiyo – Life of a Geisha‘ is a documentary about one of the last true geisha in Japan. From her wartime childhood to geisha apprenticeship to the glory days of a top geisha. This film illustrates the trials of the ultimate Japanese cultural enigma that is – The Life of a Geisha.
“Ghostroads – A Japanese Rock and Roll Ghost Story,” enjoyed its World-Premiere at the Raindance Film Festival in London on Sept. 25, 2017, and was released by a major Japanese motion picture company and in theaters all across Japan. The DVD and Blu-Ray went on sale all across Japan on June 13, 2018! It also enjoyed its Canadian theatrical release on August 31, 2018!

He began in the music business in 1977 as lead vocalist with the legendary Los Angeles Punk Band, “The Rotters” (Sit on My Face Stevie Nix.).
