How the **** does a company claim to have $200 million on deposit when in fact it has less than $10 million and nobody cross-checks that claimed money on deposit with the institution where it is to insure that the company is not lying?


Again, WHAT THE ****?


Look, this is pretty basic stuff.  It appears that as far back as February the money was missing and nobody in the so-called "regulatory" apparatus caught them?


ROUGHLY HALF OF THE CUSTOMER ASSET BASE APPEARS TO BE GONE AND IT APPEARS IT HAS BEEN GONE FOR AT LEAST FOUR TO FIVE MONTHS!


And please tell me that 2010 and 2011 year is a misprint, because if not the money has been gone for more than two years.


There have to be dozens of people who had direct knowledge of this and willfully cooperated or looked the other way.  It's impossible for the facts to be otherwise.


You think any brokerage is safe?  Any futures merchant?  Any account -- anywhere?


How? 


Nobody has gone to prison for any of this crap! 


NOBODY!


Not one of the schemes or scams related to 2008, subprime, robosigning, money laundering for drug gangs, Jefferson County (ok, ok, some of the locals in the county went to jail -- but no banksters did) MF Global, LIBOR, dozens of additional scams and schemes and now this.


I WANT TO KNOW WHERE THE DAMNED POLITICIANS ARE THAT WILL STAND UP AND DEMAND THAT EVERYONE INVOLVED IN THIS CRAP -- ALL OF IT -- GO STRAIGHT TO A 100 YEAR DATE WITH BUBBA.  AND YES, THIS INCLUDES (BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO) THE CENTRAL BANKSTERS LIKE BERNANKE WHO KNEW DAMN WELL THAT LIBOR WAS BRING FUDGED AND DID NOTHING.


NO, I WILL NOT "MOVE ON."  NO, I WILL NOT "LOOK FORWARD."  TO SUCH ENTREATIES I RESPOND WITH TWO WORDS: "**** YOU."
I DEMAND JUSTICE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN SCREWED BLIND REPEATEDLY.


You want my damn vote, you want my support, you want me in the markets and you want me to invest, generate economic activity and consume then those of you in government from the federal level on down are going to do this and you are going to do it RIGHT DAMN NOW.
This isn't a negotiation.


It's a demand and I call upon all 330 million Americans to rise and speak this IDENTICAL demand in concert.
It's time.


Karl is right. You think Japan is any different? You think your future and your children's and their children's future hasn't been sold up the river? We must all fight the banks and government. There must be no negotiation on any tax raises. 


Or do you think that, miraculously, Japan can fix her problems with tax increases when government spending and corruption are the problems? Does anyone think the tax increase will do anything except be spent?


This raping of the public has got to stop.

Beauty Contests and Sports Are Rigged? Say it Ain't So, Joe! (They Are)

Well, well, well... Lookie here. What do we have? Another rigged beauty contest? How timely and perfect for the Euros! (That's European soccer for some of you folks). How timely and perfect and a total reflection of our broken economy and society...

As I wrote in Quite Coincidental Results of Miss Universe Beauty Contests, Games and Sports After Japan Disasters

In the seminal George Orwell book, 1984, the protagonist Winston Smith is at his office working. He gets up from his desk and heads to the restroom. There he is greeted by his boss. His boss asks Winston if he saw the 'big game' last night. Winston answers in the negative. Then the boss says something like,

"Wow! That was an exciting finish to a very exciting game! That's the best script we've written in a long time!" 

I think most people can already get what I am implying here. What I want to say is not a negative comment, nor a positive one. I am merely making  an observation as to the way things are and run in this world.

It doesn't matter if it's sports, or elections, news or even beauty pageants; if big money is involved you can bet that a big factor of "entertainment" and "drama" is indelibly tied into the result.

Let me give you some recent examples:

Japan suffers the worst natural calamity in centuries.... That year Japan's Women's Soccer team wins the world championship for the first time in their history...

A year later, the winner of the Miss Universe Japan 2012 beauty contest comes from the prefecture that was worst hit by the earthquake and tsunami...

In 1995, Kobe was devastated by the Great Hanshin Earthquake... Quite coincidentally, I'm sure, the Kobe baseball team, the Orix Blue Wave, won the championship in 1995 and 1996.

Take the example of CBS who used to do the Superbowl every year. CBS sells commercial time on the Superbowl for tens of millions of dollars. CBS wants to sell 4 or 5 hours of this commercial time to a sponsor.

If the games are blowouts and 70% the viewers turn off their TVs before the first half ends, sponsors are very upset. When sponsors are upset, the TV stations are very upset. Why? Because, if games are boring and people tune out, if this happens too much and too often then sponsors won't want to spend big money next year because they fear the same thing will happen.

If the sponsors don't pay big money, then who doesn't make big money? The league and team owners.

If you are an American, you might remember the Denver Broncos getting to the Superbowl in the early 1980s. They got blown out two years in a row. The games were basically over 1/2 way through the second quarter. The viewers turned their sets off. There haven't been any blowouts since then. Is it any wonder why?

Like I said, pro sports are a big business. The leagues have a product to sell. That product is supposed to be an exciting sports event that last for 4 hours and is profitable to their mass media partners too. When the game is over after 45 minutes, there are some very unhappy sponsors and media partners.

The league cannot afford to have that.

Yes, and it's not just sexy Japanese girls and big time sports in Japan... Today we have girls involved with the Miss American contest claiming "the fix was in" at the recent Miss America contest. Fox News (hold your nose) reports in: EXCLUSIVE: Second Miss USA Contestant says she overheard list of Top 5 finalists before live announcement.

Another Miss USA contestant has come forward saying she heard Miss Florida Karina Brez reveal the list of finalists backstage before the pageant’s Top 15 were even announced.

“I saw Florida backstage and she was very, very flustered and upset. I thought it might be because she didn’t make the top 15 cut, but at that point she was able to reveal to me at least four of the five names who went on to be the top girls,” the contestant, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told FOXNews.com exclusively. “She couldn’t remember the fifth because she was so upset. Several of the girls then started hearing through the grapevine about a list; a lot of people were upset.”

Miss Pennsylvania Sheena Monnin first accused the Donald Trump-owned Miss USA pageant of rigging the competition last week. Monnin claimed Brez said she had seen a list of the top five finalists hours before last Sunday’s live telecast even started.

“Apparently the morning of June 3rd [Brez] saw a folder lying open to a page that said 'FINAL SHOW Telecast, June 3, 2012' and she saw the places for Top 5 already filled in,” Monnin wrote on her Facebook page.

I can only add to this farce that there really should be no surprise to anyone in this news and that anyone who is surprised and incredulous is living in fantasy-land. We live in a world where just about everything is fixed.

Our elections are fixed.

Our beauty contests are fixed.

Our sports are fixed.

Our economy and our stock market are fixed.

You can bet your bottom dollar that, as the money involved with any sort of event, contest or enterprise increases, so does the corruption.

America Doesn't Have Free Elections Anymore - Ron Paul Can't Win as a Republican

Ron Paul came in second in the exit polls for South Carolina. Some say that projected him into a possible second place upset. Nevertheless, in spite of that, he finished fourth for the state in the Republican primary.


I think this is really damaging to the Ron Paul campaign.

As always, way before the votes are tallied, the results are projected. I wonder how, with only a percent or two counted, they can project winners? The actual projections for these primaries shouldn't be about Ron Paul or who is going to win that state. The actual projections should be for the health of the United States of America for the next 5 years. I project that within five years the US government will be bankrupt and this entire mess will come crumbling down like a house of cards. Within twenty years the entire edifice of the American Dream will have rotted from the vine and there will be tens of millions of Americans who are going to be starving and out of work.

There will be no hope for these people and the government that currently runs that country. The military industrial complex and Wall Street bankers will have sucked the last bits dry. The American worker and the American economy will be wheezing for breath like a heavy cigarette smoker after years of choking, coughing, spitting, spittle, blood marbled phlegm and emphysema.

People who read this blog know I like Ron Paul. I think the readers of this blog do too. But the media and the powers that be will never allow him to win. That today, with South Carolina's black box voting machines that leave no paper trail could still be in use in the United Sates after the fiasco of the 2000 election, shows that the people behind the curtain have no intention of allowing free elections for the American people.

That Ron Paul could be consistently polling at the top or second in all primaries until today, and consistently come in third or forth smells really bad. To think that something fishy isn't going on here is the height of naivety.

With results like this, why even vote? Someday, "they" will even make voting more automated by arranging it so that the people do not even have to vote for the results to be tabulated the way "they" want them to be and the predetermined winner to be chosen. Then they'll call that "progress."

Perhaps Ron Paul will be allowed to use his few delegates at the Republican convention to make a speech or negotiate a point. But it won't matter. It will be merely throwing a bone to the dog... The powers that be are betting that the people will not rise up and fight. Considering the recent past record, they are making a pretty safe bet.

The people after all do not bark. Even if they do, why bark if they've nothing to say?

The powers that be are happy with an Obama or a Romney or Gingrich. They are all the same. The best way to defang Ron Paul is to marginalize him and keep him in the race and pacify him at the Republican convention. After all, what difference does it make to our real masters who is president as long as they follow orders and keep the game going? That's the plan here folks.

Everyone knows that Gingrich is the same as Romney, who is the same as Santorum, who is the same as Obama, who is the same as Bush, who is the same as Clinton (Bill or Hillary). They are all the same.   

Anyone who isn't asleep knows that we aren't getting actual news on the TV or from the big networks. We haven't gotten any real news from the networks since who knows when. Fox News, MSNBC, CNN, The Wall Street Journal, all the major newspapers, etc. etc. are all completely biased and they don't even try to hide it anymore.

Why bother hiding it? 90% of America is watching the latest reality TV show.

The major networks are part of the elite who don't care about America or you or me. They only care about profits and their bonuses. And, when they can't get those bonuses anymore from the United States, they will move somewhere else to continue the rape and pillage. 

These people do not care about the country. They certainly do not care about you or me or our children.

But even with total control of the government and the economy and the police state, what is going to get better for them or us? The economy? Our lives? Food? Jobs? Hope? No. Nothing, my friends. Nothing is going to get better for them, you or me, our children or our children's children. 

The way things are going now, and this includes the USA and Japan, the only thing keeping society from collapsing will be McDonald's, Citibank branches, Playstation 3, chronic food shortages, lack of jobs, alcohol, reality TV and professional sports.

And, it's not just here at home where every which way is bad. No matter what they do or which way they turn, Iran can't win. The west, with the USA in the lead, is heading us headlong into a war with that nation that will bring us into total war with China and Russia. This war has nothing to do with Iranian nuclear weapons but has everything to do with controlling the world's oil supply. We are so close to the shooting starting that it's a miracle that it hasn't started already. 

What's stopped the war in Iran? Well, when the shooting starts and oil prices climb to over $250 a barrel, that would get rid of Obama's chances of re-election. It would be, once again, a Ron Paul prophesy coming true. They can't have that! Someday soon this entire facade is going to crumble. The powers that be just don't want that someday to be before election day 2012.  

Murdering John F. Kennedy or Martin Luther King did nothing to stop their ideas. Arresting Ghandi and putting him in prison didn't prevent his ideas from capturing the hearts of the entire world. 

The plan is to cheat Ron Paul. He can win, and would, in a free election. But America doesn't have free elections anymore. Ron Paul won't be allowed to win. We will have to witness and endure the 2012 election being stolen right out from under our noses. The only way that this isn't going to happen is if the American people wake up from their slumber. Sure, many have awakened, but there are still far, far too many Americans who are deep into the depths of dreamworld.

But, never fear, Ron Paul's ideas are immortal as is the immortal spirit of men. The spirit of man will rise. The stolen elections will not put out the fire, but they will only help to make the fire started burn even brighter in the hearts of men. The dark days are coming, but after that, the dawn.

As Charlie Chaplin said in the film "the Great Dictator":

"The soul of man has been given wings, and at last he is beginning to fly. He is flying into the rainbow, into the light of hope, into the future, that glorious future that belongs to you, to me and to all of us. Look up. Look up."

They can steal the election from us. They've done it before... But this cannot, it must not, be a fight between them and sunny day patriots. Like Ron Paul said, "This is the beginning of a long hard slog..."

Are you in it for the long haul? I expect that Ron Paul will keep up the fight in order to attempt to change the Republican platform.


I now hope for one of two things (or both):


1) It may sound like I am contradicting myself, but I am not. I hope Ron Paul keeps fighting for Republican nomination until the last minute then goes third party. If he does, I believe he has a chance to win outright. And why not go third party? The Republican party is dead with a Gingrich or Romney anyway. Like I said, there's no difference between either of them or Obama, so why not take them on?

2) Also, Rand Paul in 2016!

Alan Greenspan, the United Nations and the $134.5 Billion Scandal!

Right after that jaw-dropper about Japan's red-ink, here comes this one that, if true, has implications even more shocking for Japan and the world.

Do you remember that bizarre story about the two Japanese guys who were caught trying to smuggle $134.5 billion dollars of bonds out of Italy in June, 2009? The story was even more strange in the fact that the two Japanese were carrying diplomatic passports. Read here about strange inconsistencies with the original story.

Since the two men were carrying diplomatic passports then that made their arrest illegal and it also made it VERY illegal for the Italian government to have confiscated those bonds. Of course, the corporate media soon pooh-poohed this story and it disappeared down the memory hole. After two days there was nary a mention of the incident and no follow up in the news at at. It was like the two Japanese guys and the bonds just vanished.

Well, it seems that, after this incident, the allegations are that the Italian government tried to sell those bonds to the Chinese government who said they would buy them if, and only if, Italy would guarantee them. Italy backed down because they realized that such a guaranty would bankrupt the country.

Then the Italian government recruited the help of a Vatican banker  named Dal Bosco. They offered him $100 million dollars to help them unload the bonds but the deal was blocked.

But here that story is back again with an even more bizarre twist: It is now being rumored on the blogosphere that former chairman of the Federal Reserve Alan Greenspan and UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon are involved with this fraud and it is about to explode on the international news scene again!

Greenspan's involvement has to do with protect the criminal racket known as the Federal Reserve, Ban Ki Moon seems to have some involvement with an international criminal organization known as the Office of International Treasury Control (OITC).

Check this out:


UN Secretary Ban Ki Moon has been implicated because the OITC has defrauded at least three countries and an unknown number of individuals by claiming to have UN backing. The UN never, until the current investigation began, denied its affiliation with the OITC. Investigators are now awaiting a formal response from Ban Ki Moon because, they say, he personally tried to help Dal Bosco cash the bonds. The UN, the BIS and the Federal Reserve Board all now say the OITC is a fraud.


Investigators in the US and the UK have now confirmed the two Japanese were fooled by a group headed by Alan Greenspan into bringing the bonds from Italy to Switzerland. Greenspan’s cabal was planning from the very beginning to seize the bonds and cash them.　

If this is true, then this could be one of the biggest financial scandals in history. It seems too bizarre to be true... But then again, I often say, "You just cannot make this stuff up as truth is stranger than fiction!"
