Thank God Japan Still Has Common Sense

Reason #10,671 that Japan is by far a better place to live than the United States: Japanese people watch their kids and we don't allow the courts to sue 4 year olds!

Menagh suffered a broken hip, and died three months later. Her estate sued Brightman, Kohn and their parents for negligence.

I left the USA in 1992 and haven't looked back once. Don't need that place.

Your right, people there are nuts.

Went back to Europe after having spent 10 years in Japan. There's a lot you have to give up when living in Japan. Fortunately these days are over. Europe is a great place to live, where people are less infantile and still have true/warm/authentic emotions. Much more space, different cultures, variety in many different aspects.
